Dr Rodney Reddy undertook his training through Auckland University in New Zealand where he obtained his medical degree in 1999.  Undergraduate training was at the Alfred Hospital with Cardiology Advanced Training undertaken at Barwon Health, Geelong.  He completed his Cardiology training in 2007 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2008.

He continued his training in Cardiac Imaging through a Fellowship at the Austin Hospital and then undertook an honorary pacing Fellowship at The Alfred Hospital.

He was awarded as a Fellow of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand in 2010.

Currently he specialises in general cardiology, pacing (including implanting pacemakers/internal cardiac defibrillators/cardiac resynchronisation devices and pacemaker checks) and cardiac imaging (echo, stress echo, transoesophageal echo and CT Coronary Angiography).

He resides full time in Ballarat and provides offsite services/telehealth to Maryborough, Ararat, Stawell and Horsham also providing onsite support for pacemaker clinics in those regions.
